Tracey Merton

Associate

Tracey is an experienced architect and has delivered a range of new build and refurbishment projects during her time at Healthcare Architects, Gilling Dodd and IBI and has also worked in the Estates Team for Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. 

Since joining HMA, Tracey is working with Knowsley and St Helens NHS Trust, Spire Healthcare and Wolverhampton City Council in the delivery of Healthcare Facilities.

Tracey is skilled in medical planning and is able to organise accommodation to maximise efficient operation, compliance and use of available space. She is experienced in the delivery of buildings within Mental Health including the delivery of Junction 17, a specialist CAMHS unit for Greater Manchester Mental Health Authority. 

As a child, Tracey observed the design and construction of their family house extension and new build house and would spend time redesigning the floor plans. She studied at Birmingham City University before completing her Part 2 at the Manchester School of Architecture.
