Following a successful application to the UK Government Levelling Up Fund, City of Wolverhampton Council have focussed investment in Regeneration and Town Centre Investment, including proposed residential developments at Stoweheath and Loxdale.

Working in collaboration with the City of Wolverhampton Council and to support a regeneration masterplan, Halliday Meecham Architects have developed proposals for each of the residential sites to accommodate a range of tenures and to include supporting facilities, car parking, EV charging and public realm. The proposed buildings relate to the form and scale of the immediate neighbourhood and surrounding urban grain .

As part of the process, Halliday Meecham Architects supported a structured public consultation process working in collaboration with Acer Marketing and the professional team.
