Halliday Meecham Architects have a long standing working relationship with Spire Healthcare and have worked extensively across their 33 Hospital Sites under a Framework Agreement. Typical projects include diagnostics, treatment rooms, ward extensions, clinical facilities, operating theatres and service accommodation. We are currently working with Spire on their Decarbonisation Programme, a role which requires HMA incorporating the impact of migration from fossil fuels to more sustainable and efficient energy sources and across their Estate.
Working with Spire requires extensive knowledge of Healthcare Estates, including working within live occupied environments with multiple stakeholders and within a sensitive medical setting. Also, projects are spread across the UK with sites in and between Edinburgh, Norwich, Cardiff and Portsmouth.
