Oliver Cotton


Oliver joined Halliday Meecham Architects in 2014 and became a main board Director in 2018 focused on developing the practice through transformational developments across our sectors including the delivery of BIM as a means of driving efficiency through the business. He is also developing new works streams through new and existing clients from sectors focused on the regeneration of the Northern Regions.

He is a recognised expert in major projects and provides design leadership and commercial management across a range of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Residential and Commercial whilst taking a hands on role in project delivery. He is currently involved with a number of multi million pound Education Developments including a new £12M Central Science Lab at Keele University delivered to BIM Level 2 and the extensive refurbishment of the Kilburn Building at the University of Manchester. He has also worked with Salford University, Staffordshire University and Reaseheath College. Within the commercial sector, Oliver has delivered high end residential, leisure and commercial projects across the regions.
