Spire Nottingham Hospital Progress
The enabling works have been completed on site which involved extensive site decontamination, levelling and the construction of a new access road and services to the Tollerton site.
The substructure ground beams, pile caps and drainage is being completed in phases across the 8 acre site and construction of the primary steelwork frame is progressing at a fast pace.
The proposals for the restoration of the Grade II listed pillbox on the site have been agreed with the conservation officer and Rushcliffe Borough Council.
The project is on track for overall completion in December 2016.
